When JISC called for bids under FAIR programme we put in the DAEdalus bid - gave us the opportunity to widen the scope of what we were already doing.
Already had an ePrints demonstrator set up
Decided to have two strands, advocacy as well as technical support. No use creating great services if there is no content for them - we have to sell the service to researchers.
