Disaggregating service so we will have a range of repositories for theses, published papers and pre-prints/departmental reports.
Already clear that academics very keen on theses service (want us just to make it mandatory for students to submit copy to thesis repository). Less keen on published paper repository.
Mediated submission service - we will accept papers in any form into a buffer servicet and will convert to PDF. We will add subject headings, keywords etc.
